Job description

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of California
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Experience providing services in school settings preferred
• Knowledge in developing and implementing IEPs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to serve a diverse student population with varying needs

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students learning goals
• Create individual and group therapy plans aligned with students IEPs
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Utilize evidence-based practices to foster development of students communication skills
• Provide resources and training as needed to staff and families
