Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role in a vibrant school setting near Sacramento, CA. You will assess, treat, and monitor students' speech and language goals as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• California licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• CCC-SLP or CFY supervision-eligible is preferred.
• Experience in schools or with pediatric populations is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative and able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language difficulties.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
• Lead engaging therapy sessions targeting goals in speech, language, and communication.
• Carefully monitor student progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Work alongside educators, psychologists, and other related service providers for coordinated care.
• Provide guidance and education for families to foster continued success at home and school.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid or eligible California licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Ideally hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or supervision-eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative spirit, with the capacity to work both independently and within a team
