ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students near Princeton, MN. This full-time, contract role focuses on developing language and social skills, with a Monday–Friday schedule at a single location.

Ideal candidates hold an MN SLP license and SLP-CCC (CFY candidates welcome), with experience in school-based pediatric settings and IEP collaboration. Benefit options are available.

Qualifications

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or candidates working toward CFY accepted.
• Background in pediatric SLP, especially in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Carry out assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in accordance with each student's IEP.
• Provide engaging speech and language therapy, both one-on-one and in group settings.
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain detailed records and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Work closely with teachers and families to support student development.
• Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive learning atmosphere.
