Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support early learners in a Minnesota ECSE program. You will provide diagnostic assessments, direct therapy, and consultative services for 3-5-year-olds, aligning goals with IEPs and collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff.

The role emphasizes ongoing progress monitoring and district/state compliance, with full-time hours and a late August start through early June 2027. Minnesota licensure and CCC are required.

Qualifications

  • Current Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license (must be submitted with resume)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience in school-based settings, particularly early childhood or ECSE caseloads, is highly valued
  • Strong knowledge of IEP process, progress monitoring, and best practices for pediatric speech therapy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage families and educators

Responsibilities

Job description

Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting early learners’ communication and developmental success in a vibrant educational environment. This role focuses on providing speech and language services to children ages 3-5 as part of an Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) program. You’ll collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to design and implement individualized intervention plans, making a meaningful impact in children's formative years.

Key Qualifications:

Additional Details:
  • Located near Blaine, MN with services supporting the district’s early childhood programs
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday (37.5 hours/week)
  • Assignments run from late August 2026 through early June 2027
