You will provide diagnostic assessments, direct therapy, and consultative services for 3-5-year-olds, aligning goals with IEPs and collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff.

The role emphasizes ongoing progress monitoring and district/state compliance, with full-time hours and a late August start through early June 2027. Minnesota licensure and CCC are required.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license (must be submitted with resume)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience in school-based settings, particularly early childhood or ECSE caseloads, is highly valued
• Strong knowledge of IEP process, progress monitoring, and best practices for pediatric speech therapy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage families and educators
