Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to work in school settings in Reynoldsburg, OH. You will perform student evaluations and provide therapy services according to each student’s plan of care and physician orders.

The role requires active SLP licensure in the state, CCC-SLP is preferred, and adherence to professional standards; CPR and health screenings may be required by contract. You must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP credential preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Job description

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders.

Minimum Requirements

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
