Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for school-based roles. You will evaluate students and provide and document therapy services per each student’s plan of care and physician orders. Pay rate is $65.00/hr.

Travel packages are available for qualified candidates. Active State licensure as an SLP is required in the assignment state. CCC-SLP certification is preferred and may be required by state or contract.

Job description

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders. Pay Rate is $65.00/hr. Travel packages available for qualified candidates.

Minimum Requirements

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
