Job summary

Amergis Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for school settings. The SLP will perform student evaluations and provide and document therapy services according to each plan of care and physician orders.

Qualified candidates hold active SLP licensure in the state of assignment; CCC-SLP is preferred or may be required by state/contract. This role offers 37.5 hours per week with weekly pay and benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401k.

Job description

Amergis Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist! The SLP in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders.

Minimum Requirements

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
