Job summary

New Story Schools is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to empower students ages 5-21 with autism and related challenges. You will deliver individualized speech and language support in collaboration with educators, families, and therapists to help each student reach their full potential.

As part of a dedicated school team, you’ll apply evidence-based practices, monitor progress, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
• Experience in school or clinical settings with students who have special needs.
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams and families to deliver targeted speech-language therapy.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and maintain clear documentation of student growth.
• Create and evaluate IEP goals and provide data-driven updates for ongoing support.
• Use behavior management and engagement strategies to create a positive learning environment.

What You'll Need
