Job summary

TrulyHired is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students in the Clover School District. You will collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to implement IEPs and to support communication goals within IDEA guidelines.

The position follows a 190-day school calendar with compensation based on the district scale for OT/PT/Speech. Candidates must hold a master's degree in SLP and state licensure, with prior school experience

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working in a school setting.
• Knowledge of special education laws and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students referred for speech-language services using appropriate assessment tools and procedures.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and speech-language goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and related service providers to support student success.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation including evaluations, progress reports, Medicaid documentation (if applicable), and service logs.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and needs.
