Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide school-based therapy, assess and diagnose speech and language disorders, and contribute to student academic and social development in a Georgia school setting.

You will develop IEPs, deliver direct therapy to individuals and groups, monitor progress, and collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams while training staff to integrate speech goals into daily classroom activities.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC from ASHA preferred with state licensure.
• Experience in school settings, pediatrics, or early childhood is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment tools, and therapy techniques.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential student records in compliance with regulations.

Role Overview: A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in school-based therapy is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
