Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based contract in Vista, California for the 2026-2027 year and beyond. This full-time role begins ASAP with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., totaling 35 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Active California SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows considered.
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations, interventions, and therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to develop and implement student-focused plans
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of student progress and services delivered
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the school’s multidisciplinary team
• Engage families in the therapeutic process and offer education and resources as needed
