Role Overview: A School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) provides speech and language services to students, collaborating with educators and families to support communication development.

• Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders, develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), deliver direct therapy in individual and group settings, monitor student progress, and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Provide training and resources to staff on integrating speech goals into classroom activities.
• Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field, active SLP license in Florida. New graduates and CF-SLPs are accepted. Strong knowledge of developmental assessment tools, therapeutic techniques, and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are preferred.
