Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health seeks a Travel School Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech and language therapy in a school setting. You will conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and provide individual and group therapy while monitoring progress and collaborating with teachers and parents.

Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology, CCC from ASHA, and an active state license; experience in schools or pediatrics is preferred, with new graduates welcome.

Job description

Role: Travel School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) providing speech and language therapy services in a school setting.

• Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, deliver individual and group therapy, monitor student progress, and collaborate with teachers and parents to support communication development.
• Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, valid state license, and experience in schools, pediatrics, or early childhood preferred. New graduates and CF SLPs are accepted.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of speech/language development, assessment tools, therapeutic techniques, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Key Duties: Evaluate students, create tailored treatment plans, provide therapy, document progress, and train staff on therapy strategies.
