This position offers small classroom settings with dedicated special education teachers and aides, providing a collaborative and supportive environment.

Position Details

• Location: Kansas City, KS area (school site TBD)
• Pay Rate: $50–$57 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, based on school bell schedule
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: May 26, 2027 (estimated)
• Setting: In-person, school-based, special education classrooms
• Caseload: Various grade levels, primarily students with autism and emotional/behavioral disorders
• Classroom Support: Small classes with a special education teacher and aide available

Key Responsibilities

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.

• Flexible with school assignments and varying bell schedules.
• Comfortable supporting students with autism and significant emotional/behavioral needs.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
