Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting.
- Assess students' communication needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress.
- Deliver therapy sessions in accordance with state requirements and best practices.
- Document student progress and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or an equivalent degree.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in school settings.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educational teams.
- Must pass background check and adhere to facility policies.
- Good organizational and soft communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
