About this role
Job Summary

We are seeking a pediatric‑passionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide therapy services to children in the Merced, CA area in a school setting. You will also be documenting all patient care, observing and participating in treatment, and adjusting goals and milestones as needed for the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of speech pathology, is able to provide compassionate care to every client, and has excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across the lifespan
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs and evidence‑based practices
  • Deliver direct therapy services to support and enhance clients’ speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Track and document client progress, making data‑informed adjustments to therapy plans as necessary
  • Educate and support families and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals and strategies in home and community settings
  • Maintain detailed, timely, and compliant documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes

  • Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current and valid state license or certification in Speech‑Language Pathology
