Job summary

Soliant is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist in Fort Wayne, IN to support K-12 students. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week with a $36+ hourly pay, dependent on experience, and guaranteed hours with weekly direct deposit.

You will assess students, develop individualized plans, collaborate with educators and families, and provide direct therapy in both individual and group settings, while contributing to IEP meetings and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• IN state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• IN Education Certification.
• ASHA CCC-SLP.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.
• Offer professional development and support to teachers and staff on speech and language topics.
