Eleutheria is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based role in Elwood, IN. Provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy aligned with IEP goals to K-12 students.

Indiana licensure and DOJ/FBI Livescan clearance required; CFs encouraged to apply. The position offers full benefits, licensed reimbursement, paid sick leave, ongoing professional development, and mentorship for new grads.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or CSD.
• Indiana SLP license and IN DOE Educators’ License.
• Clearances: DOJ/FBI Livescan background check; eligible to work in the US.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).

About the Role: Provide speech and language therapy services to students in K-12 school settings. You’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students improve communication skills and access their education. Speech Language Pathologist Key Responsibilities:

Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Indiana SLP License and IN DOE Educators’ License
• Clearances : DOJ/FBI Livescan background check. Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Skills : Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities; knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs preferred.
• Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Speech Language Pathologist Physical Demands:

• Environment : Occasional exposure to dust, pollen, and fumes.
• Activity : Frequent engagement in tasks such as reaching, handling, standing, walking, and lifting items up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Sensory : Ability to perform essential job functions with or without assistive devices or accommodations, including working in moderate to high noise levels.
