InspireNOLA is seeking a School Social Worker to ensure the emotional and social needs of students are met in accordance with federal, state, and district standards. The role involves collaboration with school staff to support students’ well-being and academic success.

Responsibilities include home visits, crisis intervention, and coordinating services with community providers while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• MSW degree with LMSW licensure in Louisiana.
• Minimum three years post-master’s experience working with children, youth and families.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with students, families and school personnel.
• Collaborate with staff to assess social and emotional obstacles to learning.
• Provide home visits to address barriers to learning and coordinate services.
