Association of Charter School Education Services seeks a School Social Worker to join our team in New Mexico. You will support students and families through counseling, case management, and collaboration with educators to plan effective interventions.

Responsibilities include home visits, crisis prevention, and participation in diagnostic teams and educational planning committees. A Master's in Social Work is preferred, and NM licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work preferred.
• Licensed social worker in NM required or as specified.
• Ability to coordinate with diagnostic teams and schools.

Responsabilités

• Performs casework service with individual students to address personal, social or emotional issues affecting education.
• Coordinate or serve as member of diagnostic teams and planning committees with assessment information.
• Consults with school staff to plan behavior modification and resource use.
• Perform home visits to gather background information and assist families.
• Provide individual and group counseling, crisis prevention, and parent education.
