Lionsgate Academy in Minnesota is seeking a School Social Worker to assess students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs and to develop IEP goals and individualized supports.

You will provide direct and indirect social work services and counseling, crisis intervention, and classroom consultation while partnering with families, teachers, and administrators to foster a safe, healthy learning environment.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed School Social Worker or eligible for licensure in Minnesota.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience with students.
• Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and/or with Mental Health.

WHAT SCHOOL SOCIAL WORKERS DO:

• Assess students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs and develop IEP goals and individualized supports
• Provide direct and indirect social work services and counseling
• Provide crisis intervention, behavior support, and classroom consultation
• Partner with families, teachers, school administrators, and other professionals to create a safe, healthy, and supportive learning environment that strengthens connections between home, school, and the community.

Qualifications
