Job summary

KIPP Colorado Public Schools is seeking a Social Worker to enhance students’ social and emotional well‑being, develop individualized plans, and monitor progress across the Denver campuses.

You will deliver one‑on‑one and group counseling, collaborate with families, and ensure services mandated by IEPs are properly implemented, while actively engaging in professional development and school-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Social Work is required.
• Spanish bilingual is preferred.
• Colorado Department of Education Special Service Provider License with a Social Worker endorsement is required.
• LCSW is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group counseling to KIPPsters.
• Develop needs assessments and plan SEL supports.
• Collaborate with families, teachers and school teams to meet IEP goals.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain documentation.
