Job summary

Lionsgate Academy is seeking a licensed School Social Worker to join our team and support students with autism and other learning differences. This role focuses on assessing student needs, developing individualized supports, and delivering counseling services within a collaborative school setting.

We offer competitive pay ranging from $49,000 to $80,000 per school year, 80 hours of PTO, summer break opportunities, and mentor support in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed School Social Worker or eligible for licensure.
• Experience with middle and high-school students or 3–5 years clinical experience.
• Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and/or with mental health.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs and develop IEP goals and individualized supports.
• Provide direct and indirect social work services and counseling.
• Provide crisis intervention, behavior support, and classroom consultation.
• Partner with families, teachers, school administrators, and other professionals to create a safe, healthy learning environment that strengthens connections between home, school, and the community.
