Qualifications

• MSW required and active state social work license.
• Educator certification from MSDE or eligible to obtain upon offer.
• Experience in school settings valued but open to all licensed social workers.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Assist in development and implementation of IEPs and behavioral intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.
• Lead crisis intervention and provide referral services as needed.
• Bridge between school and community resources for comprehensive student support.
• Maintain confidential and timely records in compliance with policies and ethical standards.
