Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive social work services to elementary school students in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement student support plans.
- Identify students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs and provide appropriate interventions.
- Conduct evaluations and provide counseling to facilitate positive student outcomes.
- Document and maintain confidential student records and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- State licensure or certification as a School Social Worker or equivalent
- Valid School Social Work Certification or Licensure for Colorado
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a School Social Worker or in a similar setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Background check and fingerprinting required prior to start
- Must be flexible, compassionate, and dedicated to student success
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
Preferred Skills:
- Master's degree preferred

You hold Colorado school social work licensure and CPR certification. You have at least one year experience supporting elementary students. You excel at collaborative counseling and confidential record-keeping
