Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Counselor for a K–12 school setting in Clark, CO. In this role, you'll support students' social-emotional, behavioral, and academic success while collaborating closely with educators, families, and school teams.

We welcome both experienced school counselors and professionals transitioning into the school setting. W-2 employment with benefits is provided, plus licensure support and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in School Counseling or related field.
• Colorado CDE School Counselor License or eligible by start date.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in a school-based setting is a plus, not required.
