Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a School Social Worker for South Holland, IL, for the 26/27 school year. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Conduct social-emotional and behavioral assessments and contribute findings to IEP/504 plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop student support plans and interventions.
• Liaise between school, home, and community resources to support student success.
• Respond to crisis situations with risk assessments and safety planning.
• Maintain confidential documentation of services and progress.
