Job summary

Point Quest’s IEP Therapy partner is seeking a School-Based Behavior Specialist in Wayne, MI for the 2026-2027 year. The role focuses on behavior modification and positive reinforcement to support student growth within educational teams.

Requires a Bachelor's Degree with teaching experience and a willingness to undergo background checks. Full-time, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultation to educational teams to teach and model socially acceptable behavior using behavior modification and reinforcement.
  • Support teams to establish and enforce behavioral rules aligned with program guidelines.
  • Collaborate with parents and school staff to develop educational plans promoting student development.
  • Observe, collect, and analyze data on behavioral performance to inform interventions.
