About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify student needs and barriers to learning. Provide counseling and social-emotional support to students.
• Assist students with behavioral and mental health challenges. Respond to crises and support student safety planning.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Coordinate services with community mental health providers and support agencies. Maintain accurate documentation and case management records.
• Promote trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices.
  

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Active Washington State credential: LSWAIC, LMSW, LICSW, or School Social Worker ESA, as accepted by the district.
