• Strong communication, counseling, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide counseling and social-emotional support to students.
• Assist students with behavioral and mental health challenges; respond to crises and support safety planning.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families and multidisciplinary teams; coordinate with community providers; maintain accurate records.
• Promote trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices.
