Job summary

LifeWorks Schools seeks a Clinical Coordinator to support students and families across Doylestown, Media, and Levittown, coordinating clinical services and helping families navigate insurance and community resources.

The role collaborates with counselors, teachers, nurses, and treatment providers to improve student success, lead attendance interventions, and participate in multidisciplinary teams. Travel between three sites is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work (MSW) required.
• Current state licensure (LSW or LCSW preferred) depending on state requirements.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Knowledge of behavioral health systems, community resources, and special education processes.
• Experience conducting home visits, family engagement, and case management preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to three school sites: Doylestown, PA; Levittown, PA; Media, PA.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consistent point of contact for families during higher level care.
• Assist families in navigating insurance benefits, accessing community resources, and understanding behavioral health services.

• Lead attendance intervention efforts and monitor attendance trends across assigned schools.
• Collaborate with counselors, administrators, teachers, nurses, and related service providers to support student success.
• Facilitate student groups and psychoeducational groups when appropriate.
• Assist with crisis management and student stabilization as needed.

This is a system-wide position with travel between all three LifeWorks locations (Doylestown, PA, Media, PA, and Levittown, PA) required. The ideal candidate would have experience coordinating community resources, supporting families through complex systems, improving student attendance, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to reduce barriers to student success.
