Ampersand Therapy in Aurora, CO is hiring School Social Workers to support K-12 students. The role involves counseling, social-emotional support, crisis intervention, and linking families to resources to help students thrive.

This position offers either full-time or part-time schedules for the 2026-2027 school year. You will collaborate with educators and service providers, build relationships with students, and contribute to a supportive school environment.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field
• Colorado CDE Special Services Provider license with School Social Worker endorsement (or eligibility)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis response skills
• School-based experience preferred, not required
• Passion for supporting students' mental health and well-being

Hello, School Social Workers ! Ampersand Therapy is hiring School Social Workers to support students in K-12 school settings in Aurora, CO. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing counseling, social-emotional support, crisis intervention, and connecting students and families with resources they need to thrive.

You’ll build meaningful relationships with students, collaborate closely with educators and related service providers, and help create a supportive school environment where students can succeed.
