Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide evaluations and direct therapy for students with speech and language disorders in a school setting. You will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to IEPs.

The role supports academic, social, and emotional growth through evidence‑based interventions, with opportunities to adjust your schedule and earn up to $75/hr on a part-time or full-time basis.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology (accredited program).
• Valid Texas SLP license; CCC-SLP (ASHA) preferred.
• State SLP Licensure (Texas License required).
• 1–2 years of school‑based experience preferred.
• Skilled in evaluations, IEPs, therapy planning, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and deliver therapy plans (individual and group) using evidence‑based practices.

Responsibilities

• The SLP will provide evaluations and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• It will support students' academic, social, and emotional growth through evidence‑based interventions.
• It collaborates with teachers, administrators, and families to create individualized treatment plans, contributes to IEP development, monitors progress, and delivers direct therapy services.
