Job summary

Delta-T Group seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for part-time or full-time opportunities in Texas schools. The SLP will evaluate and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders, supporting academic and social growth.

Collaboration with teachers and families to develop individualized plans, contribute to IEPs, monitor progress, and deliver direct therapy using evidence-based practices is essential. Compensation is up to $75/hr with weekly payroll.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Texas SLP license; CCC-SLP (ASHA) preferred.
• State SLP Licensure (Texas License required).
• 1-2 years of school-based experience preferred.
• Skilled in evaluations, IEPs, therapy planning, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and deliver therapy plans (individual and group) using evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create individualized treatment plans.
• Contribute to IEP development and monitor progress.
