Job summary

Delta-T Group Texas, Inc. seeks an SLP to evaluate and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders in a school setting. The role supports academic and social growth through evidence-based interventions and direct therapy services.

You will collaborate with teachers and families to develop IEPs, monitor progress, and deliver individual and group therapy. A Master’s in SLP and Texas license are required; CCC-SLP is preferred, with 1–2 years of school-based experience

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (accredited program).
• Valid Texas SLP license; CCC-SLP (ASHA) preferred.
• State SLP Licensure (Texas License required).
• 1-2 years of school-based experience preferred.
• Skilled in evaluations, IEPs, therapy planning, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and deliver therapy plans (individual and group) using evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide evaluations and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Collaborates with teachers, administrators, and families to create individualized treatment plans.
• Contributes to IEP development, monitors progress, and delivers direct therapy services.
