Job summary

Delta-T Group Texas, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide evaluations and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders in Cypress, TX.

The role supports academic and social development through evidence-based interventions. The SLP will collaborate with teachers and families to create individualized treatment plans, contribute to IEPs, monitor progress, and deliver direct therapy services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Texas SLP license; CCC-SLP (ASHA) preferred.
• State SLP Licensure (Texas License required).
• 1–2 years of school-based experience preferred.
• Skilled in evaluations, IEPs, therapy planning, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and deliver therapy plans (individual and group) using evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop individual treatment plans.
