Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in the state of assignment is required.
• CCC-SLP certification is preferred or may be required by state/contract.
• Current CPR certification if applicable and health documentation current.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements for the role.
