Requirements include active SLP licensure in the state, CCC-SLP preferred, CPR current if applicable, health/TB clearance, and compliance with all applicable regulations; must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the state of assignment is required.
• CCC-SLP is preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• CPR certification current if applicable; health clearance per contract or state rules.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements and be at least 18 years old.
