Job summary

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a school setting for Amergis is contracted full-time and paid per hour. The role focuses on student evaluations and delivering therapy services under the plan of care, in accordance with physician orders and professional standards.

Requirements include active SLP licensure in the state, CCC-SLP preferred, CPR if applicable, and health documentation as per contract/state regulations. Must meet all regulatory requirements and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Active SLP licensure in the state of assignment required.
• CCC-SLP preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations in the school setting.
• Provide and document therapy services per plan of care.
