Job summary

Jabbergym in San Rafael, CA seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based role serving K-12 students. You will assess, treat, and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and communication.

The position offers a pay range of $80,000-$105,000 per year, with a unique 10-month schedule and a steady 12-month paycheck, plus benefits, loan assistance, CEUs, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or CSD required.
• Eligible to work in the US required.
• Clearances: DOJ/FBI Livescan background check required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with IEPs and multidisciplinary teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assessments and evaluations to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and maintain compliant IEPs and participate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with the team.
• Provide direct therapy and data collection to monitor progress.
• Support supervision hours for SLPA where applicable.
