Job summary

Jabbergym is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide services in K-12 settings in Sonoma, California. You will conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver direct therapy while collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 to $105,000, a 10-month work year with a steady 12-month paycheck, loan assistance for clinical fellows, CEU reimbursements, full benefits, and dedicated mentorship

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• DOJ/FBI Livescan background check. Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities; knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Assessments & Evaluations: Conduct compliant, formalized and dynamic assessments to determine educational eligibility/level of functioning.
• Develop and maintain compliant IEPs and participate in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Treatment Planning: Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members to ensure educational benefit.
• Consultation & Instruction: Consult with families and team members to maximize generalization of target skill sets; may oversee SLPA supervision.
• Data Collection & Documentation: Maintain therapy notes and assessment data; report progress.
