Job summary

Jabbergym in El Dorado Hills, CA, seeks a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist to join a full-time team serving K-12 students. You’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy, collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

The salary ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 with benefits, mentorship for new grads, student loan assistance, and a 10-month work year with year-round pay.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communications Sciences and Disorders.
• Eligible to work in the US and pass DOJ/FBI Livescan background check.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine eligibility and functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct therapy and monitor progress; maintain documentation.
• Oversee SLPA supervision hours and promote professional development.
