Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide school-based therapy in San Lorenzo, CA. You will assess students, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy in elementary and high school settings.

The role requires CA SLP licensure, DOJ/FBI Live Scan clearance, strong communication and organizational skills, and collaboration with teachers, families, and related services. A sign-on bonus up to $5,000 is offered along with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of service.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable)
