Candidates must hold Maryland SLP license and CCC, enjoy collaboration with teachers and families, and adapt to a dynamic caseload across locations.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland SLP license required.
• CCC in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience in Maryland school settings highly regarded.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with staff and families.
• Flexibility to manage a changing caseload and work across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other multidisciplinary team members.
• Adapt to the needs of a dynamic caseload, providing support as required at both primary and itinerant locations.
