Job summary

EDU Healthcare is hiring a full-time, on-site School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in Maryland. This role offers a collaborative school setting where you can make a meaningful impact on students’ communication, academic access, and overall success.

Responsibilities include evaluating and diagnosing disorders, developing IEPs, delivering direct therapy, and collaborating with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active MD SLP license or eligibility before start.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Experience with school-aged children preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and therapy documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized IEPs tailored to each student’s needs.
• Provide direct therapy in both individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student goals.
• Maintain records and progress reports per school and district policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress.
• Stay current with best practices and ongoing professional development.
