Job summary

This contract–full-time role pays $55 per hour and involves a 37.50-hour workweek, with duties including student evaluations and therapy services as prescribed by the plan of care and physician orders.

The ideal candidate holds an active SLP licensure in the state, CCC-SLP preferred, and must meet regulatory requirements; CPR and health certificates may be required.

Qualifications

• Active SLP licensure in the state of assignment is required.
• CCC-SLP preferred; may be required by state/contract.
• CPR current if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations in the school setting.
• Provide and document therapy services per plan of care.
• Follow physician orders and regulatory requirements.
