Job summary

Soliant Health is partnering with a Milton, Florida school district to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This full-time position serves elementary students with communication goals aligned to IEPs and school support services.

The SLP will evaluate, develop and implement treatment plans, provide direct and indirect therapy, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams. Immediate interviews available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active or eligible Florida SLP license required.
• Florida Department of Education certification (or ability to obtain) required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for elementary school students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
