Job description

Key Qualifications

• Possess or be eligible for Speech-Language Pathology license (CFY or CCC accepted)
• Experience or strong interest in working within school settings
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently
• Skilled in assessment, intervention, and the development of IEPs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with young children, teachers, and families

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to preschoolers primarily during morning hours to align with their routines
• Transition to elementary schools in the afternoon to provide additional support
• Conduct assessments, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and families to implement interventions and support student progress
• Maintain flexibility while traveling between sites as needed throughout the week
