Job summary

ConnectedHealth in Alabama is seeking a School-based Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver therapy services, assess communication needs, and develop IEPs in collaboration with educators. You will document progress and communicate with families and staff to support student growth.

The role requires a BA in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure, and at least one year of school experience; CCC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in school settings.
• Strong communication and ability to collaborate with educational teams.
• Must pass background check and adhere to facility policies.
• Good organizational and soft communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting.
• Assess students' communication needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student progress.
• Deliver therapy sessions in accordance with state requirements and best practices.
• Document student progress and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
