Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support students across Autism Support, Emotional Support, and Multiple Disabilities programs in elementary and secondary settings. You will directly assist with classroom participation, behavioral support, personal care, and daily activities while working closely with teachers and staff.

The contract runs through the end of the school year with a potential for rehire next year based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work full school day Monday–Friday.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.

Day-to-Day

Provides classroom, behavioral, and personal care support to students in Autism Support, Emotional Support, and Multiple Disabilities programs across elementary and secondary school settings. The PCA provides direct support to students throughout the school day, assisting with classroom participation, behavioral needs, personal care, and daily activities while working closely with teachers and support staff. Candidates should have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, be available to work the full school day Monday through Friday and possess strong communication and documentation skills to support student progress and required reporting. This role requires providing both personal care and behavioral support to students in a school-based setting.

Compensation:

$__18__/hr to $___21__/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
